 Any
person is eligible to become a member of the Freezer Longline Conservation
Cooperative and may join, if that person qualifies under Section 3.1 of the
bylaws. Applicants must own a non-trawl Federal
fisheries groundfish LLP license with a Bering sea or Aleutian islands and CP
Pacific cod Hook and Line endorsement . A person that holds this license and
wishes to become a member can do so by simply providing a current copy of the
license along with a request to become a member of the co-op. Applications
should be sent to Kenny Down, President FLCC.
